Standard orders

We stock a limited number of readymade items here in Barcelona that are ready to be dispatched. Ordering from these items is considered to be standard orders. For customised orders’ details, please scroll down to the next section.

We are based in Barcelona, Spain, with our manufacturing and sourcing office in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Please contact us through our website or email us at sales@yutecrafts.com with our your order. We will then contact you to confirm the order before sending a proforma invoice. You can pay the invoice via bank transfer or paypal and once the invoice is paid we will book your items for delivery within 48 hours.

Yes, you are more than welcome to come and collect your order from our Barcelona office. However, please contact us beforehand to arrange the time and availability.

We don’t have a minimum order quantity. However, there is delivary charge according to postal address. Order over 100€ for spain (peninsula) and order over 300€ for other part of spain and rest of the world we’ll not charge delivary cost.

We accept cash (if collect from the office), bank transfer, credit/debit card, as well as paypal.

Majority of the orders will arrive with in 3/4 working days depending on the clients requirement, however orders on pallets may take slightly higher.

Customised national and international orders

Certainly, you can design your own product and we will get it manufactured for you.

All discussions between Yute crafts and our customer are completely confidential and we are happy to adhere to your requirements with regards to intellectual property and privacy.  

We aim to respond you within one working day from receiving the quote request.

Yes, the quotation will have a valid date since a number of cost factors are not in our control.

Yes, we can develop samples for your custom design. 

Yes and no. We would invoice you for developing the samples, however if the order value is over 3,000€, we will deduct the sample cost from the final amount.

Please contact us with your requirements and we will send you a proforma invoice with the price and payment options for developing samples. Once you pay the invoice, we will confirm your sample order, develop the samples and send them to you.  

Yes, we can get samples developed from a physical copy.  

It takes between 7 to 10 working days to develop a sample.  

Every order is different and it could take anything between 6 and 60 working days to deliver depending on what you are ordering. However, we will discuss your requirements at the beginning of the order to confirm the timescale.

Yes, you are more than welcome to visit the manufacturing facilities. However, some of the products are made in Dhaka, while some other products are handmade in rural villages by craftsmen, hundreds of miles away from Dhaka. So, please arrange with us before making your plan.  

For custom orders, we require 70% of the payment upfront for order worth 3,000€ or less; the remaining 30% needs to be paid when the production is completed and ready to be shipped.

We accept cash, bank transfer or TT for order worth 3000€ or less. For order worth over 3000€, we would consider accepting irrevocable LC.  

There is no ‘hidden cost’, you only pay what is agreed, when ordering. 

We can deliver your product either via air courier or shipping container. Air courier is mostly used for small or/and time dependent orders, as it is quick and expensive compare to the shipping option.  For larger order, it is economical to get the order delivered via shipping.  

We take orders from all over the world and can deliver to almost any port or the city.
